I like how easy it was to use for both new users as well as those who are familiar with computers in general. It allowed me more time when communicating with my patients about their medications rather than having them come back later or not at all due to forgetting something that they were prescribed from another provider (doctor). The only issue we had which caused us confusion during our initial training sessions was what exactly meant by "active" vs. "current." This made sense once explained but would have been better if defined somewhere within the program itself so there wasn't any uncertainty afterwards. We used this tool mostly because of its ease of use compared to other products out there. Once you get past some learning curve issues, using this product becomes very simple! It's easy to use for both patients AND providers! I like that it integrates with my EHR so there are no extra steps required when prescribing or receiving prescriptions from another provider/site (ie inpatient). The fact we can see all of our patient data at one time makes me feel more organized about what medications they're taking as well their health information which helps us keep them safe while also helping prevent future problems down road if not taken care off early enough!!
