Old ladders with a rung lock
The extension part of the old ladder has to be turned around. The extension part of the ladder was on the back of the base ladder. Slide it off and place it back on the front of the base ladder. I had to rearrange the new crossbar locks directly over the next crossbar where the old locks were. The new ones don't go where the old crossbar locks used to go. new locks are bolted to 2 crossbars. Works perfectly.
