Can't comment on the boomerang as I couldn't get it to come back in the time I tried it. but it flies well, though not in circles. The smaller round works fantastic. My boys have moderate motor issues that make it difficult for them to throw traditional frisbees properly, but these flat fly beautifully for them and are VERY well beyond effort. Instead of throwing a standard Frisbee 15 feet and missing, even a 4 year old can throw it across a large yard pretty close to where it's supposed to be. The big round frisbee is just amazing. I've played adult games with him up to 1/4 mile (yes really. If you throw them hard they float forever) and was still able to throw fairly accurately. Bonus: AMAZING for retriever dogs. After about 10 minutes of practice, my black Lab (who LOVES, LOVES, LOVES Frisbee games) was taught to catch him in mid-air and then toss him in a necklace over his head for a long throw back to me. Whatever it is (plastic in rubber?), it's surprisingly bite-resistant as mine hasn't yet had holes from dog play, which often leaves fang marks on plastic hard drives.
