Review of New Horizons Computerized Case Management Software
Easy to access information at all times via web browser or app! User friendly interface with multiple options available (both mobile & desktop). I like that it is easily accessible from home as well as work/mobile phone. The ability to quickly reference prior records while waiting makes my job easier when conducting assessments. Not sure what we dislike about NHCM yet but nothing comes immediately to mind either way. Currently reviewing transition process across our site which has been implemented since 2016 so not too much out there compared to other systems.

- Informational resources are readily accesible anywhere, anytime no matter where you happen upon this system in your day!!
- Efficiently tracks patient's progress through care plan goals along timeline provided by provider(s) throughout entire course o treatment plans
