Thank god I haven't had to use this yet, but the seat belt scissors are so sharp you can probably shave with them. The weight seems more than enough to break a window. Again, perfect for emergencies and if you're thinking about buying more for my nieces and other relatives because you never know when you're going to need one of these. But as an added bonus, it comes with a phone mount/vent mount. Brilliant! This isn't a review of an air vent holder but it's the same as the ones I've bought elsewhere for over $5 so I was so glad I bought this one.
