Love this yarn. It is as soft as cotton, but when processed it is more than 100% cotton. As a beginner, crocheting was easy for me. It does not tear like cotton yarn sometimes does. There was enough on the cake for a large shawl. I love how the colors blend into each other. I chose "soothing lavender" and the colors are not as bright as in the picture. I have very sensitive skin but the finished scarf feels nice and soft on the neck. It doesn't stretch too much when I wear it. I will buy this yarn again.
