We bought in October 2019 for our new motorhome. WE NEED TO USE THIS BECAUSE OF COVID19. Until this month when everything opened up. We've tried and tried to get it working but WITHOUT SUCCESS. I would like to return but it's too late. Does anyone have a video of how they connect. The reviews were good which is why I bought it. Mow I'm stuck on something I can't start!
