so far it works great. It was slightly longer than the standard OE block. I didn't have much free space under the starter. When installed, this extends almost to the bottom of the engine. Kawasaki takes great pride in their starter when you need a new one. They sell every part to repair their units but I didn't have time for the machine to break. If it lasts at least as long as the original, I'll be happy. The problems started about 2 months ago. And today Bendex finally went out. We lived with this for less than a year considering that the mower costs about 6 months in winter.
