Review on FacilityBot by Alex Ferry

I love how easy it was to setup, use & train users in less than 24hrs! We were able to see exactly who used what tool as well as when they did so which allowed us to prioritize our training efforts accordingly (it took me 1 work day just for initial set up). It's free but we're looking into upgrading now since there are more features being added frequently by their team of developers/support engineers - also having support included within your subscription package would be fantastic! Great product if you need an intuitive platform like this one. The ability to have all tools at once has really been helpful when trying to identify where issues may exist or areas needing attention.
