Spend some time reading 1 star reviews to save yourself the headache of buying this terrible device. This product is a complete let down. You have a serious known issue and are clearly refusing to fix it. (Unfortunately, the water-sensing hardware works, but that's about it.) Don't expect a gateway device to connect to your network unless you've got old hardware with old security and are ready to wade through the ridiculous hoops which the support team will throw at you just to make you ACHIEVE NOTHING. As far as you can gather from the reviews, the gateway does NOT and never will connect to newer networks. Worse, when you upgrade your network, you might end up tossing everything because it breaks. Unfortunately, due to the fact that the device will NOT even come out of the installation gate, there is no way to view other software. And if you notice that ALL support answers are auto-generated with the exact same instructions that DO NOT WORK. So you will spend the next few days learning what everyone already knows and what this company refuses to fix, terrible untested software and installation. There is NO REASON for a product to be that bad for a significant portion of its users. i check it type of device and can't imagine why a company would knowingly sell devices that have such egregious failure problems.
