So far so good good for me
Only used it once but it seemed to fully charge my battery very quickly. I recently split a tool kit with my nephew, which had two batteries and one charger. I gave the original charger and one battery to him. I was concerned about not finding the right type of charger but this seems to be a good fit for my Black and Decker 20 V cordless drill.
