I didn't need a pair of salad hands as I already had a plastic scissors salad set that worked great. Then a friend asked me to serve her a salad. MY GOD. I'm a woman who loves well-designed tools that get the job done perfectly with no fuss. Bamboo salad handles are one of those tools that bring joy. The salad is well mixed and served with no spills here and there. Tiny pins keep your hands neatly positioned on the salad bowl until you need more salad. A small disappointment: the wood comes raw and untreated. I rubbed them with meat block oil to get the soft brown color shown in the photo. Lubrication may not be necessary but makes it look expensive and professional.
