My husband and I have tried so many cookware sets only to be disappointed with their durability. We usually follow the manufacturer's recommendations for cooking and cleaning, but time and time again they just don't hold up. So we were looking for a new set again. I was looking through the Revane selection and came across Circulon. I had never heard of this particular style, so I went and researched it. It turned out to have had really good reviews, with some pointing out that they've had more than one set over the years. That speaks volumes to me; however, I wasn't convinced yet. I decided to go to the Circulon website. I have studied every detail and description, from manufacturing to different styles. It all sounded great, but I was still a bit reluctant. I decided to add it to my cart and think about it some more. I've been waiting for a while It also cost a little more than other sets we've had, so I didn't want to jump right in and be disappointed again. So they sat and sat in the cart. I kept seeing her. Then one day, after a while, I opened the product and the description again, looked at it and the reviews. Once again refreshed the memory of the brand. I decided it was about time. The set we were using back then wasn't in the best, optimal condition. My husband agreed. Circulon ordered. To say I was nervous but excited would be an understatement. We didn't want to be disappointed. dishes come. There are no dents on the outer box. The outer box was very durable. Upon opening the box, I noticed that the dishes were well packaged. I have removed all items. It looked beautiful. The color is great. The shell is not light, but not heavy either. They are well done. I was excited to start. Read all instructions first. Washed them by hand. It says they can be washed in the dishwasher. We've tried this a few times with a pot or two, but we're a little concerned that this might not be the best option over time. Nothing has happened. Arrived great. However, our personal preference would be hand wash. Dishes for about a month. They warm very well. The instructions state that to cook, all you have to do is adjust the temperature from low to medium. Never high unless boiling water. I still don't use a high for it. They recommend not using cooking spray. We do not know. you don't need it Everything we prepared worked out well. We have used them almost every day since we received them. Cleaning is very easy. I haven't tried it in the oven yet. As I can't comment on how long this cookware will last, I have to say I'm very impressed with it so far. This is a beautiful set. I look forward to using them every day.
