It is non-stick and easy to use making it perfect for those who want to make stuffed burgers at home. The product has exceeded our expectations by producing patties that ARE evenly cooked, juicy, and delicious .The only downside we found is that it can be challenging to clean the hamburger maker thoroughly. Overall, a great addition to any kitchen!
