I ordered this product because I needed a way to control my Mac using my Windows computer's mouse and keyboard (called "KM"). This product, like many others, says it's "plug-and-play" - that it works right out of the box. That's not true; although these devices automatically mount drives to support the KM feature, all do these devices contain software installation software called MacKMLink on the hard drive. The software manages the exchange of CMs between computers. To be honest that would be nice, but MacKMLink does not work on MacOS 10.15. It is an outdated software created over 10 years ago has not and has not been updated to support 64-bit environments. will not run. This is the third product of its kind that I have attempted to use and they all rely on this single piece of legacy software to work. If you have a Mac with Catalina, rest assured it won't work.
