A very nice knife!: my feedback
The Kitory knife is light weight but heavy enough to cut though a head of cabbage with with ease. This knife is very well balanced and very sharp right out of the package.
- Very durable and perfect for cutting fish o chop vegetables
- The cleaver may be too heavy for extended periods of use, causing fatigue in the user's hands and arms
