Can't find words - in a good or bad sense.

So I bought 11 skeins of this yarn. I opened 7, had a great time with 6 of them - until this 7th ball. It continued to fray and knot as if connected to another ball. mmm The? I'm so deeply confused I don't even know how to rate this because when you get a good ball that's great but it was very annoying to get my cloth almost finished and see this.
