Because bike helmets are made after an accident. This helmet fits. Definitely doesn't look like anything expensive. But you get what you paid for. The design was more thoughtful than the material used. It looks sleek, sits a bit high and uncomfortable on the head and the ear straps are crazy! But it's light and beautiful. Am I sure it will protect me in the event of a fall? Let's hope we never find out. Again, most bike helmets are designed for one-time use, and if you don't plan to ride a bike, this helmet is for you. Not surprising, but good.
