This product is AMAZING when you need to test pH, for example when making soap in a hot process (e.g. in a slow cooker or on the stovetop)! This is the DREAM of soap makers. I used my tongue and also bought an expensive digital pH reader. Let me say that the tongue method works better than a digital reader which is clogged, difficult to use and quick to clean, but this product eliminates the inherent danger of the tongue method. I will recommend this product to everyone I speak and interact with about lathering! Thank you!
