I debated between this lens and yongnuo for a while, but many people informed me that there wasn't much of a difference. I firmly believed in this Yongnuo and purchased it, only to discover that it is a very poor lens that, even when focused on the center, only seldom achieves sharpness. It constantly creeps at dusk but is unable to locate the thing. It already soaps a great deal at aperture 2.0. In general, I sold the Chinese and purchased this lens. There is no end to the excitement, and sometimes you have to pay too much for certain things. Pictures can be taken that are sharp and clear even at maximum aperture of 1.8. I employ two Canon 200D lenses. Yes, there are instances when the motor's sound on the video is barely discernible, but it cannot be compared to yongnuo.
