Broke after 2 uses walking less than 5 minutes from parking lot to office on smooth tarmac. Both times the load wasn't heavy - just a laptop, a bag with several folders and notepads, and my lunch. Definitely less than 20 pounds. The wheels are unreliable and fall off easily. A few other reviews mention falling wheels - heed their warnings. It's light, flimsy, and the wheels don't work well when left on. The shelf the bag stands on is quite narrow and not suitable for a small box or drawer such as a drawer. a milk crate, unless it is securely fastened with an elastic cord. I've read one or two positive reviews written (or supposedly written by teachers?) by teachers. I'm a teacher so I was inclined to believe their reviews but I don't understand how this product can have 5 star ratings.
