I lost my only other one I had before that was like a family item passed down from generation to generation and I was upset because it was a wonderful knife! That was my way. I have a drawer full of different knives that I have collected over the years, but this one was my absolute favorite. When I lost it, I thought my kids threw it away while washing the dishes one night. But my husband saw how upset I was and I cried upset! I looked for it all over my kitchen and it surprised me! He knew he would never get that knife back, but now I have three new knives for everything I cook and chop. I didn't even have to sharpen them! And I don't let her out of my sight! I love her!
