When I first bought this product I really liked it (and ended up buying one for each member of my family). It kept my freezing water consistently cold for a long period of time and didn't produce much condensation outside. However, after using this product for a few weeks, I noticed that the orange material on the outside of the building is now chipping. I don't put it in the dishwasher (I always hand wash) and am careful. Seeing an orange peel off is a huge disappointment which is why I would like to give the product only 1 star. However, it does a good job on cooling water. I filled it with ice and after 12 hours the ice is still there.
