Wrong Diameter. NOT 5.5
diameter is for the inner circle, should be the outer circle. I use the goya discos para empanadas. Those are 5.5 inches in diameter. they sit INSIDE this press. It does not reach the edge to seal it. And when you stretch the dough to seal it, the press is not tight so it opens up easily.
- I used it the first time to make apple turnovers; worked perfect.
