I bought the blue and turquoise color and size of the double seat. I bought it to use on a large chair. My oldest kitten (12 years old) started urinating on the stool. Yes, I checked it at the vet. It was found to be stress. New place, new furniture. I like the color and the fabric looks very nice. Beautiful quilted design. It doesn't repel liquids properly. The fabric allows the liquid to rise, but if that liquid gets into the quilting it will seep through the cover and into your sofa/love seat. If they could find a way to use the backing that you find on waterproof mattress pads that would be great. Quilted seams allow liquid to seep through. If you have a problem with pets urinating on your furniture I would suggest getting this and a puppy mat. The cover looks good and the puppy pad absorbs liquid that seeps through the blanket. This will prevent some liquid from getting into your furniture, but that's about it. It just depends on where and how much the animal wants to urinate.
