I like that you are able help your customers find what they need! You also have great customer service when questions arise during order process as well if there was something wrong at checkout time (which thankfully has never happened).

It would be nice though having some sorta way where people could see how many orders were processed while logged into their account so we don't forget about them all together after one day off work/etc., but thats just me being picky haha :) The fact this helped my store grow tremendously since its been up compared before i had welleveteem vs now im doing almost 100% virtual sales which means less cash flow issues etc..
