Bought for my wife for Christmas. Used a few times then broke after careful cleaning. Contacted and processed by Kizen for a replacement; waited and waited for a replacement, but tracking the shipment showed it had never left the Revain facility. Contacted KIzen about the issue and was directed to Revain when Revain completed the order. COVID-19 has apparently wiped out Revain's phone support, so we reached out via live chat. Revain chat "specialist" Jorden stated that the Kizen vendor should fix the problem. Jorden was reminded that KIzen referred us to Revane. Jorden explained that we should tell the seller that he is unprofessional and take a look at the situation. It became clear that neither Kizen nor Revain wanted to solve the problem, so we lose $20, now we consider Kizen products as garbage and Revain as unreliable and useless. We've always been suspicious of retailers whose products are "Satisfied with Revain" and that reinforces our skepticism, but Revain's inability or unwillingness to address the issue came as a bit of a surprise. Range and selection at Revain hasn't been all that impressive lately, but it really gets us on point. No more raven. As for Revain's "specialist" chat support, Jorden, she's either irrelevant to what's required of her at work, or likely works from home. She prefers to make money without having to make an effort. Anyway, I'm glad we're only losing $20. I promise we won't lose a dime on Revane.
