Review on Wangstar Pet Slow Feeder Bowl - Bloat Stop Dog Puzzle Maze For Interactive Fun, Anti-Skid Design by Everette Jean

Revainrating 2 out of 5

My cat walked away hungry and sad.

My cat was one to wolf down his food, later vomiting it up whole, completely without chewing. Thought this would be a good alternative to putting balls/toys in his dish to encourage him to slow down and chew between bites. Instead, he got incredibly frustrated and really only got one or two pieces out with his mouth. He had more success trying to creatively "flick" pieces out onto the floor with his paw. I felt bad for him as he tried to eat. When he first saw this new bowl, he was excited, but watching him walk away, eventually just giving up, I felt like he thought it was some sort of horrible punishment. Returned this item, as the little hard, knobby parts are too tall to allow a cat to get food pieces out.
