Unfortunately, my experience with SKOLOO's home storage hooks did not live up to my expectations, and I had high hopes for them. The customer support offered by SKOLOO, in my experience, is subpar. When I attempted to address my problems with them, the response that I received was sluggish and useless. They did not provide any solutions or support, so I was left to cope with a product that did not live up to the standards that I had set for it. The SKOLOO home storage hooks are not something I would recommend to anyone. Although their items may have a fashionable appearance, they are not practical storage solutions for the home because they are not durable and lack utility. In addition to this, the quality of their customer assistance is severely lacking. You should save your money and invest in a product that comes from a different manufacturer that is known for its greater reliability.
