Review on 🍳 Lima 8-Inch Gray Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan/Skillet by GreenPan - A Healthy Option by Reginald Holman

This month I had my 8 inch pan for 2 years. It's amazing after learning a few tricks. In the beginning it was totally non-stick, but as others have pointed out, over time it lost some of those properties until it became PITA, permanently sticky. I took a closer look and saw that there was a "burnt" on the leftovers and thought heck, I'll try scrubbing it off, worst case scenario I'll just ruin the pan which isn't working anymore anyway. I took out the Bartender's Friend and covered a clean sponge with it and then quickly buffed the surface clean, like new, surprisingly easy! I cracked a few eggs in a pan with very little coconut oil and to my surprise the pan worked just as well as when it was new! No sticking! Now 2 years later after many failures of overheating the pan, using it with olive oil, burned food and other abuses, all it takes is a quick cleaning and polish with Bar Keepers Friend and my favorite pan. looks and works like new again and again. I use coconut spray as my standard oil, I use silicone utensils and avoid metal, but I use a lot of olive oil and heat it too much causing the pan to stick until polished again. I used to switch nonstick pans every few months and my wife wouldn't let me use "her" pans. I think this wonderful little GreenPan will last a few more years, love it!
