I have a seat belt rubbing my neck. I bought this to stop the strap so I can adjust the top strap so it's a bit slack and doesn't rub my neck. It serves its purpose perfectly and can be adjusted in no time at all. I've bought several other devices designed for a similar purpose and they really didn't work that well. If you need it for that, skip the others and give this one a try. The only downside, of course, is that the seatbelt no longer retracts, so it lies on the floor of the car next to the driver's seat when not in use. Because of this, it tends to curl and tangle. As said, the best of the not so good options.
