They only warm in the ball of foot area
They get very warm but only in the ball of foot area. The are thicker than i expected and didn't fit in my sneakers. I will try to fit them in my winter boots since they warm up so well. The three heat levels are nice to have. The toe part of the sole is trimmable to fit your size.
