I took it to the sink to wash it and accidentally dropped it. it only fell three feet (probably less), but the plastic on top shattered like glass, leaving sharp edges and shards everywhere. I have a few small cuts on my arm and now I don't have a case to carry/hold my gecko (I like to use it on cleaning days when I'm cleaning his aquarium/accessories). that seems extremely insecure to me; God forbid this happens when the beast is in him. They need to be stronger or made of softer plastic so they don't pose a hazard if broken. Attention pet owners!
