I finally got the chance to use my new injector that I bought from you and I have to say it was a lot easier to use than I thought! I've never used an injector, but I'll be using it quite a bit now. I grilled some steaks yesterday. I opted for an injection but my wife only wanted hers as I usually do. So I opened the box, took out the syringe and disassembled it. I cleaned and dried it. I took out the smallest needle and cleaned it too. I have to say - the cleaning brushes that came with this "set" worked very well. I was very happy with it. I assembled the injector and got ready to draw my first syringe with the marinade I bought. The syringe filled very easily and I got ready to inject my ribeye. The injector went into the rib eye with little to no pressure. The injector's design with two "rings" to hold the syringe with your fingers and a third "ring" to press with your palm makes injecting easy and effortless! I squirted the ribeye in a few spots and although some of the marinade came out, there seemed to be enough marinade in the meat to make it worth trying. Rarely. I didn't feel any extra flavor from the marinade in the first few bites, but it was very moist. I soon tried the marinade and it was great! I can't wait to try the injector on another protein. I removed the injector for cleaning. I noticed that the syringe was not leaking anywhere. Cleaning was very simple and easy thanks to the included cleaning brushes. I would recommend this "set" to anyone who needs a good, durable, well-made hypodermic syringe. I particularly liked the 3 different sizes of hypodermic needles and I'm already imagining different proteins I could inject - turkey, chicken, roast etc. Due to my limited experience with this injector, injecting was a lot easier and simpler than I had had imagined. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for an injector.
