Review on Mercedes 2014 2019 Anti Glare Navigation Multimedia by Bill Lacy

I wanted to add Apple CarPlay to my 2017 Mercedes Benz GLC 300 but found the options limited. I came across this one and decided to give it a try. Installation took just over an hour, and a YouTube video explained in detail what to do. I have some experience installing aftermarket car stereos so I wasn't concerned about doing the job myself and I suspect most would have no problem even without experience in this area, but it does require removing the center console So be aware of the limitations. After installation, I booted up the device and was immediately struck by the display's clarity and resolution, which is significantly better than the stock device. I even got great comments from friends who noticed how big and clear the screen is in the car. It's fully touch sensitive and much more intuitive than the stock MB system and works just like an Android phone. There's a bit more glare on the screen during the day than a standard device, but it's still pretty good and even better than it looks in the picture I posted. I was able to connect my phone immediately after installation and set up the device for me. a little to my liking. In doing so, I encountered two minor issues: (1) I had to ask for a password to access the device's factory settings, and (2) while fiddling with the settings, I turned my phone off and had trouble getting it. reconnected. However, the seller was extremely responsive and helpful with both issues and got me back to great functionality in a short amount of time. Overall this is a fantastic device, the customer service was the best I have ever received from a Revain seller and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to add a sturdier and more feature rich screen to their car.
