Works on my boat at Truck Bed & Tailgate Accessories

My only complaint is that I wish there was a spring or latch to hold the lock in place. However, I rarely need to adjust the winch tension for my purposes. It's pretty strong too - I slightly bent 1/2" rebar through the winch hole in the project. I ended up drilling two holes in the back plate and installing it that way, and the installation looks so neat.
