I love that they have very accurate medical terminology! Their customer service is also top notch, which makes it not only convenient but easy to get your questions answered quickly (and you don't feel like you're talking with a robot). They can sometimes be slow at filling out forms or sending them back if there's an issue with their work. But overall I've been pleased so far. We use this software as our primary way of recording medical notes during appointments. The accuracy and ease of using their product make that process significantly easier than what we were doing previously with pen/paper note-taking.
