Review on Customer360 by Jerry Frey

I liked that is was very user friendly especially for non-technical people who would not have any idea how an ERP system works. This software does have a lot of features that are pretty difficult if you dont know exactly what they mean. If you want something simple then this isn't it. It's more complex than most other systems and needs quite some training before you start using it effectively. Its easy enough once you understand but its definitely a good amount of work to get started. We were looking into different softwares as we needed a CRM type application to track our leads which Customer360 did well in solving this problem!
