Difficult to read but works great

Glued directly to the aquarium without any problems. I have to shine my phone on the thermometer to see the temperature, but I can read it just fine. Not sure how accurate that is, but I only have a 3 gallon tank with a rooster fish in it, so I don't feel like I have to spend any more money. I would recommend it to others for smaller aquariums and those who bought fish because they want a low maintenance pet.
