I have been a satisfied customer of EZEE Wrap since the 1990's. The plastic wrap was perfect - strong enough to be easily torn apart with a sharp cutting blade, sticky enough that you could wrap a dish without the plastic sticking to itself. It was easy, just pull out the right amount you need, slice in one quick motion, and place the piece on the spot you wanted to cover. In April 2019 we ran out of rolls I kept, so I ordered two replacement rolls. The difference was obvious when we first tried the film. Now the plastic is thinner and weaker. Instead of cutting cleanly, the plastic is so weak that it deforms and then accidentally breaks trying to cut. It's so thin it sticks to itself. Now every use has become a struggle. I might as well fight a roll of Glad film. I would like to know if the manufacturer will solve the problem of declining quality of plastic films; Otherwise, this customer with almost 30 years of experience has no reason to remain a customer.
