Conflict - Wood Screws

I like these screws. The finishes are good and the price is very low. However, you get what you pay for. You need to drill pilot holes. The head is not strong enough to withstand pressure without holes, and even a hand screwdriver will destroy the Phillips head. Luckily I always drill guides with a countersink so this is debatable but I wish I didn't have to do that sometimes. They don't drill through bronze, so the core metal is very weak, whatever it is. For 5 euros I can't complain, I would give more back.

Pros
  • Size: Screw head diameter: 5 mm; Screw Body Diameter: 3mm; Screw Thread Length: 15mm; Total screw length: 16 mm
Cons
