SPAM PRACTICES! The company's customer service is INCREDIBLY BAD.

The product is fine. Came without instructions. A printed QR code that required me to leave my email address for instructions on how to install the pump on the bike is all the company provided. After registering with a spam email, I landed on a 404 page on the company's website. There were no instructions. I used the "Contact Us" link and sent an email. I did not get an answer. Bad customer service. Why don't you include instructions in the packaging anymore? Collecting an email address to receive full instructions is a spam practice used so a business can try to continue selling to you. This is a bad buy. Failed.
