Unit was defective on arrival. Although strong, it feels cheap. However, the blade connectors are solid and the included mounting screw looks nice. The relay in the box seems very cheap and I would suggest that if the device actually works it is not the best long term choice. ***Update: After the refund, the company applied for a DOA device. kindly provided a new device and it works fine. The horn is loud and responds to instant presses. I still have doubts about the quality of the relay and longevity but I value positive customer service and keep the horn strong.
