Much better than I expected!
When I first saw the box my first thought was "This is definitely not going to cut it!"I took it out and put it together and turned it on.
Surprisingly even on low it moves a fair amount of air and is almost totally silent.It has 4 power settings and each one moves more air with an accompanying modest increase in sound. On the highest setting I can set it across the room by a window (approximately 8' away) and feel the breeze and barely hear it.I would assuredly call it value for my money!
