Loved these. We bought these to use in our Semi truck. We lost the one we got with our Rand McNally. We have a 7' one. Pretty heavy. This little pad stuck to our dash on the angle textured side close to the windshield. So far (about 3 weeks later) it's still sticking. We've taken the gos on and off of it a couple times (while in. Couldn’t find these in the store, thankful I can order on revain. Using on my dash for GPS and phone holders (2 separate). They stick great and have worked out well.

These solved a mounting problem I was having with two different accessories. I would have given an overall rating of 5 except the alcohol wipes provided were bone dry and useless for cleaning the dash.

First of all it is very big like football stadium, the adhesive seems inadequate and does not stick on textured surfaces.it looks little awkward since it is big in diameter

My gps suction cup would not stay on my flat Jeep windshield. I put one of these on my windshield and attached the suction cup, and haven’t had my gps unit fall off yet, despite extreme temperature changes and driving off road on rough surfaces. And yes, it is mounted in a corner and doesn’t obstruct my view.

I bought this to adhere to the textured dash surface. While it worked well for a couple of days, it fell off after a day in direct sunlight. I needed only one but they came in a 2-pack so I’m out $10 for a fail.

I was looking for a better solution to having my GPS mounted other than my windshield, so far so good after 2 weeks this thing still holding good it comes with two so worse come to worse this one fails , I have another for a backup but main thing is just clean the area real good . I followed the directions for prepping the surface. I found a flat spot on my dash and stuck it on there. The direction call for a weight to be placed on top to make sure it sticks. I had a 10 lb medicine ball that I wedged in between the windshield and the dashboard and left it in place for an hour, figuring that would give it plenty of time to stick. Installed on the dash of a Miata in the summer. the pad warped and cracked which affected the suction and that didn't last more than a week or two in the hot summer in a convertible. It also appears to have warped my dashboard as well. Back to drawing board.

The shelf I was using this for (which was not overweight) fell after a few days and the sticky part of this product was wrinkled up. Water must have seeped in despite installing properly, so this is not meant for showers. I’m sure elsewhere it would work perfectly.

The item works perfectly. Most dashboards are textured, so the adhesive may not stick well if you have a a large navigation or phone to "suction" attach.I used my favorite super glue and it works perfectly with my 8" naviation.

I guess the best way 2 explain these is I liked them such I bought another set 2 spares. I use them in my log truck to hold my cell phone holder and GPS bcuz the dash in newer Kenworth trucks won't let suction cups stick. So I tried these and let me say 4 those who don't know log trucks are on rough off hwy roads and these stay put and so do my devices. Bought a spare pair just so I have them on hand when I get my new truck.

The 95mm was really bigger than what I needed but it's good in case I upgrade my GPS in the future. I followed the instructions and cleaned the dash well first. Then, I used the alcohol wipes before applying the disc with the double sided tape. I let it set for a full day before using. Very easy to install and use. I use a few drops of water on the suction cup before I apply it. I've been on some really bumpy roads in my freightliner and the gps hasn't fallen off. It's a 7 inch Garmin dezl.

I followed the directions using the alcohol pad to clean the spot on my dash then waited a few minutes for that to dry then removed the 3M sticker plastic and held it to the dash for 1.5 minutes and when I took my hand away the whole disk came with it so I ended up having to use double sided gorilla tape to stick it to the dash. After that the suction stuck well to the disk and holds in place well.

I ordered these last year and they worked great! Put one in my daughters car and it still there holding up good, put one in my old work truck and held perfectly. Ordered again for my new truck and the first one popped off with in 2 weeks, and the second not too far behind the first.

I had high hopes for this, but the adhesive did not adhere to my very slightly textured console. I followed all of the instructions (cleaning with the alcohol wipe, letting that completely dry, affixing the disc, pressing it as instructed, and letting it cure for at least 48 hours. I only gave it a 2-star rating on "easy to remove” because of its strength! It’s solid! I don’t WANT it to be easily removable.

First off these were delivered to the wrong house and we had to go searching for them. This product works as described. Mine had a thicker glue resin on one side so after attaching to a level surface I noticed the back looked like it was lifting, but it’s not. I was able to use it within 4 hours of installing. Keeps my phone off the window and out of my windshield site plan. I have an older model phone holder and this works great!

I used these to mount Oxo grab bars in my Airstream trailer. The grab bars would not hold when mounted directly to the laminate. They hold perfectly to the pads and the pads hold to the laminate. I remounted one grab bar and was able to remove the pad with no damage. The pad cannot be reused.
