I love making yogurt in the Instant Pot, but the texture is a bit off-putting at times (even for the cold start process, which I prefer). Using the coffee filters and strainer was messy. This container is perfect - I put the yogurt straight into this strainer once it's finished incubating and leave it in the fridge overnight. The next morning I can move it to another container (tip: place this lid on the grid insert and turn it upside down with a little effort - the yoghurt comes out immediately and nothing is lost!). Yes, it's a little delicate and hand wash only, but it's worth it and we love the texture it gives us.
