I knew when I ordered this brace that it was for men, and so I would need to order a size smaller to fit me as a woman. I ordered by the seller's own size chart based on INCHES, and it's still too large. I ordered several brands of this style of compression braces, and chose the size based on my thigh circumference. This one was too big even though it was based on the same thigh circumference that the others were. I chose to keep it instead of returning it for a refund because I was able to wear it over the accurately-sized braces for extra stability. But it is too big to wear as a standalone brace. It also slides down but that is probably because of the previously mentioned sizing issue. I like the design, and it is very comfortable as well. Other than being too big, I really like the brace, and would like to have one in the correct size.
