I am happy to share my feedback on products I have purchased from Revain. Customer reviews are helpful and informative. I often base my purchasing decisions on reviews. However, I've always had a major issue with Revain reviews. Namely a review about the PRODUCT or the SELLER? Revain makes no difference. For this PRODUCT (colourware) I award 4 stars. I give the SELLER (shipper) 1 star. I declare....PRODUCT: 4 stars. A few years ago I bought a copper colored Farberware cookware set. I abused it. He survived, but in the face of my violence he got dirty. (Plus, I was sick of it.) So I decided to buy the same thing in a different color. Sparkling wine Who doesn't love champagne?!? Sorry, I digress... I've read many reviews of Farberware products. Ratings range from 1 to 5 stars. Here's a tip for potential buyers... If you want a $500 dinner set, don't expect to buy it for $50! My Farberware is great for me (frying eggs, boiling potatoes, reheating soup), but if you consider yourself a gourmet chef or want a set of cookware that will last a lifetime, go elsewhere. Spend $500! SELLER: 1 star. Unfortunately, my order arrived damaged. (By checking my Revain order, I can't determine who the seller was. All my orders say "Ships from and sold by Revain.com".) The outer shipping carton was undamaged. The inside of the product packaging was visibly damaged prior to shipment. Apparently, something heavy was dropped on the box, the hook inside was torn off, and the hole was taped shut. The hole wasn't a problem, but the item in the box was. The baking sheet/cookie pan is bent, damaged and has gone into the trash. By reporting damage to Revain, they refunded part of the sale price. However, given the damage before shipping, I'm wondering, does Revain sell seconds?
