Significantly cheaper than comparable Garmin and Wahoo sensors with comparable quality!

EDIT: The battery died after a month. which is not impressive, to say the least. Although I believe this is due to the cheap Chinese battery that came with the kit. I have several energizers, hope they last longer. I will update this review over the next few months. When it came in the mail I was very impressed with how well built it was for $18. Went straight to the footswitch, connected to my computer straight away and it's easy. is working. My only criticism of this product is that you can't use two of them as a speed sensor and cadence sensor at the same time. But I guess it doesn't bother me because my computer has a GPS that gives me speed. I use Magellan Cyclo 505 with Salsa Journeyman 700c. Out of curiosity I tried it as a speedometer (since it's advertised as a dual function gauge) and that seemed to work as well. If you don't want to spend $60 on Garmin and Wahoo counterparts, this is a great alternative.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • could have chosen a newer model
