Just installed a kennel sized lamp Turtle house. When adding metal insulation in the upper part of the room, it touched the front of the lamp. Great arcs and sparks popped and crackled, there is nothing in this lamp that isolates high voltage surface mount components! It's not low voltage that can incapacitate anyone who doesn't know it. There should be a clear plastic lens to protect users. To stay updated!
